Appraise
We will inspect your property and prepare a report. This report will indicate approximate rental value, recent comparable rentals and proposed marketing and management costs. |

Select
We will answer any questions you have in relation to your report and we will either help you make sure your property is ready to be tenanted or take over the mangement from the current property manager with no fuss. |

Market
If your property does not currently have a tenant and once all the preparation is completed your property is ready to be marketed for rental. We will oversee the whole process for you. You will be kept fully informed about the interest in your property and updated every step of the way. |

Rented
Once a rental offer is accepted and leases have been signed, we will make sure the all the appropriate documentation is completed including condition reports, bond forms etc. |
